What is included:
Fully equipped kitchen, including: Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Phone for local calls,
Full sized Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator (Ice Maker in freezer), and Bar-B-Que grill.
Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, and silverware.
Linens are provided (i.e. sheets, pillowcases, and towels), we also provide pillows and blankets.
Linens can be self provided for a $150 reduction in rates.. How many will it sleep?
The cottage accommodates up to 5.
The Master Bedroom, includes a ceiling fan, amoire, dresser, nightstands, bedside reading lamps and a King Size mattress.

The cottage is fully cleaned by a professional cleaning crew.
When you arrive everything will be fresh and clean.
If you rent for more than two (2) weeks the cottage will be cleaned on Saturday of the 2nd week.
(if you want it cleaned more often we can arrange to have a maid come in and clean at an additional expense).
